We've also photographed weddings out of state, from California to Virginia and places in between.

All Inclusive Wedding Packages Include:

We have Wedding Packages to fit almost any budget and can be customized to fit your budget and coverage needs.  Packages include one or two photographers to ensure complete coverage on your wedding day. 

Most of our packages also include credit that can be used towards albums, coffee table books or prints. Our albums and coffee table books are custom designed where you choose the images included, any special phrases and we'll do the rest. There are different cover options available and you approve the design before the album or coffee table book is sent to be printed.

Engagement Session

Most of our packages include an outdoor engagement portrait session prior to the wedding. You can use these portraits to announce your engagement, send them out with the wedding invitations or have an engagement image book with space for guests to sign at the wedding. This engagement portrait session will also help the bride and groom feel more comfortable around the photographer as well as help us understand what types of photos you’ll want on your special day. If you prefer not to have an engagement portrait session included in your package, we can custom design a package that fits your needs.

Our Style

Our photographic style is a mix between photojournalistic, candid, traditional and romantic.  We try to tell a story of your wedding day through our images while capturing them as they unfold in an unobtusive manner.  We love to catch candid moments throughout the day at the ceremony and reception. We hear back from a lot of couples that the images they really love were the candid ones.  We understand that couples would still like to have traditional and formal images taken at their wedding with their friends and family.  We’ll provide you with a photo checklist during our wedding consultation to ensure you get all the shots you want on your special day.  Vivid Reflections Photography provides continuous coverage before the wedding, during the ceremony and at the reception in all of our packages, if desired. If you’d like to have formal portraits taken at a park or other outdoor location, we can recommend places close to your ceremony and reception.

At Vivid Reflections Photography, Inc. we understand it takes a lot of time to plan a wedding, from hiring a DJ to sending invitations and finding a venue. We will work with you to ensure you get the coverage you want on your wedding day. We have different packages to select from, or you can have us custom design a package with your coverage time and budget in mind. Unlike other studios, we don’t limit you to a certain number of prints in our packages– you can make those choices after the wedding. You get a copy of all of your images on a CD (DVD with higher resolution files available) ensuring your wedding photos will always be available for you to view or send to friends by e-mail.  Plus, friends and family will be able to view your photos online a few weeks after the wedding, so you don't have to worry about taking orders and delivering prints.

Online Viewing and Website Information

A password protected website will be set up exclusively for your wedding. The website will be active for 60 days. Your guests will be able to view and purchase the photos directly from the website, which will be sent to their home. This leaves the bride and groom free of the hassle of taking orders from family and friends, as well as delivering them. Vivid Reflections will e-mail guests when online viewing is available.  This is a great way to showcase your photos to family and friends around the country that were unable to attend the wedding.  E-mail us for a demo of one of our wedding websites.
